About This Product

■Improved operational stability (TC05, TC15, TC25)

The spool uses a looped C spool with a unique structure. The stability of switching has been greatly improved by improving the spring and reducing the weight of the spool body.

■Multi-port manifold

The suction/discharge manifold is set as standard with 2 directions (TC05, 10, 50) or 3 directions (TC15, 25A/S), allowing for a variety of piping arrangements.

■Excellent corrosion resistance

For liquid contact parts such as the out chamber and manifold, Pure PP, which does not contain glass fiber, ADC12, SCS14, etc. are used. Corrosion resistance has been further improved.

■Looped C spool

The looped C spool uses a looped C spring with a unique structure, and by making the spring longer than the conventional C type spring, it has improved durability and has a greater effect on reducing intermediate stops. Also, since the spool body is made of lightweight aluminum material, these effects are even greater.

■C type spring

Conventional C-type springs also have the effect of reducing intermediate stops, but the range of the repulsive force that is the avoidance effect is narrow as shown in the diagram above, and the effect is pinpoint. The force pushing back the spool when it tries to stop in the middle is small, and because the range is narrow, it sometimes ends up hanging together.

■Looped C type spring

As shown in the diagram above, the looped C spring has a wider range of repulsive force that reduces intermediate stops, reducing malfunctions even with unstable differential pressure. Once switched, the spool is immediately pushed out and stable switching operation is performed. In addition, the spring life has been doubled compared to C-type springs.
