About This Product

■High pressure/long life

The use of thick bellows enables high pressure discharge of Max.0.45MPa. Moreover, the bellows life is 3 to 4 times longer than the diaphragm type. Downtime can be significantly reduced.

■Medium temperature type and high temperature type

The FW series with high pressure and medium temperature (10 to 100℃) specifications is used for supplying chemical solutions, as well as the circulation of cleaning equipment and CMP slurry liquid.The FW-H series with high pressure and high temperature (10 to 180℃) specifications is used for cleaning equipment. Can be used as a circulation pump.

■Contamination free

All wetted parts are made of fluororesin. The outer circumference of the pump is also coated with fluororesin, so there is no exposed metal. It generates few particles and commercially available fittings can be used.

■Safety design

Adopts a sensor-driven system that switches the solenoid valve using a proximity switch built into the pump. It is also equipped with a leak sensor as standard.
