■High speed stroke
The high-speed stroke (Max.200spm: FS-80NT type) makes it compact, lightweight, and low cost.
■Contamination-free design
All wetted parts are made of fluororesin. The outer circumference of the pump is also coated with fluororesin, so there is no exposed metal. In addition, the use of our uniquely developed shaft seal (FS-80NT type...PAT.) further reduces the generation of particles.
■Large flow rate/high pressure discharge
The supply air pressure can be up to 0.7MPa, so it can be used in a wide range of applications, including chemical supply processes that require high pressure and large flow rate discharge, as well as cleaning and CMP processes.
■Sensor drive method
Adopts a sensor-driven system that switches the solenoid valve using a proximity switch built into the pump. Because it operates reliably, the discharge amount can be easily controlled and managed by connecting it to various controllers.
