■Energy saving design
The dead volume of the air chamber has been minimized to reduce air consumption.
■Medium temperature type and high temperature type
The FF series is medium temperature specification (PVC cylinder type: 5 to 50℃, aluminum cylinder type: 5 to 100℃), and the FF-H series can handle a wide range of chemical solutions from room temperature to high temperature (20 to 180℃).
■Contamination free
All wetted parts are made of fluororesin. The outer circumference of the pump is also coated with fluororesin, making it a contamination-free design that does not use rubber or metal. Additionally, the body and bellows of the FF-H series are completely welded, so there is no leakage due to heat cycles.
■Safety design
Adopts a sensor-driven system that switches the solenoid valve using a proximity switch built into the pump. It is also equipped with a leak sensor as standard.
