■Features

We place emphasis on safely evaluating deformation during high-temperature tests and ignition/rupture during heating tests. It is also fully equipped with safety measures such as an independent heater box, protective guard inside the tank, observation window for photography, and an explosion door. ■4.2.3 Deformation of assembled battery container under high temperature

A) Requirements: When used at high temperatures, there is no deformation of the assembled battery that would cause the contents to be exposed. B) Test: To evaluate the robustness of the battery pack, fully charged batteries are discharged at high temperatures. Leave the assembled battery in an air circulation oven at a temperature of 70°C ± 2°C for 7 hours. After this time, remove from the oven and let it come to room temperature. C) Judgment Criteria: There must be no deformation of the assembled battery that would cause the contents to be exposed. *Number of tests ◎Assembled battery: 3

■4.3.5 Heating

A) Requirements: Abnormal temperatures will not cause ignition or explosion. B) Test: After stabilizing a fully charged cell at room temperature, place it in a thermostatic chamber and raise the temperature of the thermostatic chamber to 130℃ ± 2℃ at a heating rate of 5℃ ± 2℃/min. Then, maintain the temperature of the constant temperature bath at 130℃±2℃ for 10 minutes. C) Criteria: There must be no ignition or explosion. *Number of tests ◎Assembled battery: 5
