About This Product
This is a viscometer that can accurately measure very small amounts (minimum 2μL) of low viscosity samples. Ideal for measuring the viscosity of rare and expensive liquid samples.

■Battery electrolyte
Increased viscosity due to repeated charging and discharging leads to performance deterioration, but recovering the electrolyte from actual batteries is extremely difficult and the amount of liquid that can be recovered is said to be at the 100μL level. Measured with this machine (sample is ultra-trace 20μL) ⇒Catch slight viscosity increase
■Biological samples (precious blood, expensive drugs)
It is also possible to test for diseases that show increased blood viscosity (diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc.), monitor progress, and measure the viscosity of animals with small amounts of blood, such as mice. It can also be used as an indicator for optimizing drug delivery systems that incorporate valuable drugs.
■Ethylene glycol (performance demonstration example)
Even in ultra-trace quantities, the viscosity can be measured with high accuracy and in agreement with literature, with good reproducibility. Measured with this machine (sample is an ultra-trace amount of 5 μL) ⇒Measurement is possible with a reproducibility of less than 2% error
