About This Product

■Spectroscopic measurement with high resolution (5 million pixels) SR-5100/SR-5000 series is a two-dimensional spectroradiometer that can measure surface brightness and surface spectrometry.

The 2D spectroradiometer SR-5000/SR-5100 is a two-dimensional spectroradiometer that is ideal for measuring surface brightness and surface spectroscopy with performance equivalent to conventional point-measurement spectroradiometers. The SR-5000H type allows high-precision measurement and high-speed measurement (spectral mode, filter (XYZ) mode) by switching between two measurement methods. Efficient multi-point measurement of automotive lamps, lighting, and various displays can be achieved. In addition, the macro lens type SR-5000M type can be connected to a microscope and used for sub-pixel measurement of OLEDs and micro LEDs.
