■OTS - Optics Test Stations for single lenses and optical systems

The optical test station OTS200 is a measurement system for all classic optical parameters like EFL, BFL, FFL, radius (concave/convex), axial MTF and centering error of single lenses and optical systems. OTS works with computer-based software control.

・Effective focal length (EFL) ・Back focus (BFL) ・Flange focal length (FFL) ・Curvature of concave and convex surfaces (R) ・Modulation transfer function (MTF) ・Centering error and eccentricity of single lenses and optical systems A special version of the OTS optical test station was developed specifically for the measurement of optical and geometrical parameters of cylindrical lenses.

■OTS-Z Optical test station for cylindrical lenses

The motor control of the measuring head has high comfort control. A high-resolution image processing system, together with sub-pixel software algorithms, ensures the highest measurement accuracy. Objective, computer-based measurements are part of the standard requirements during quality assurance and incoming inspection. Using OEG's optical test stations, these requirements can be well met. High precision, easy operation, automatic measurement expiration and logging possibilities are the hallmarks of a new generation of optical measuring instruments. The OTS-series devices meet these requirements and open the door to computer-aided quality assurance in optical manufacturing.

■Most accurate software controlled measurements

Two optical test stations, OTS200 and OTS500, are available as standard products. The difference between the two models is not only the focal length and aperture of the measurement collimator, but also the measurement range. The basic structure of both devices is largely the same. Measurements are taken with a high-resolution CCD camera and evaluated using a computer image processing system. All measurement functions are software controlled.
