■SURFTENS automatic

Automatic contact angle and surface free energy measurement device with electric pump, automatic dripping and electric sample table (200 x 200) mm

■Features

The contact angle measuring system SURFTENS automatic is designed for use in the semiconductor industry and research, in particular in process control of wafer coatings and photolithography processes. Suitable for all flat samples such as glass substrates and foils. The measurement range is 200x200mm. ・Fully automatic contact angle mapping ・Space-saving design ・Electric X/Y stage for automatic sample positioning ・Electric automatic dosing unit ・Freely definable measurement templates ・Software that includes a surface free energy calculation module ・High-precision dosing unit for mass testing

■Application

The surface free energy and wetting behavior of substrates and layers used in semiconductor technology can be determined by contact angle measurements. Measuring contact angles allows new process steps to be quickly optimized and known processes to be better standardized. Small changes in the wafer surface properties are easily detected as large changes in the contact angle. Therefore, contact angle measurement has become a standard process control method in many semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

■Video-type automatic contact angle measuring device

This is a contact angle measurement device that fully automatically measures the wetting behavior of solids (wafers for flat panel displays, glass substrates, etc.) under clean room conditions. It can also be used for continuous testing and systematic analysis. SURFTENS automatic allows you to reduce the subjective factors and time required for contact angle measurements in research, quality and manufacturing inspections.
