■Wire diameter roughness measuring device DM1
DM1 is a measuring system for wire diameter and roundness, drawing dies and enameling dies. The wire diameter is measured with high precision using an image processing system. Measuring roundness requires a special wire rotating holder to measure the diameter at several azimuthal angles. The measurement accuracy is less than 1 micron.
■DGMS wire, formed wire and rod measurement
Wire measurements require additional fixtures to attach the wire. The wire holder will be attached to the universal holder used to fix the wire drawing die. A universal holder is included in the standard accessories of DGMS. Besides additional wire holders, a software upgrade is also required. The software upgrade includes an additional measurement module that allows you to measure wire diameter instead of drawing die diameter.
