This product is capable of measuring spectral radiation from an ultra-low brightness of 0.0005 cd/m², also known as mega-contrast, which affects black image expression, to an ultra-high brightness class LED of 5,000,000 cd/m², supporting an unprecedented wide dynamic range. It's a total. This is the top model of our SR series.
The newly installed FIX mode automates measurement conditions and reduces measurement time for the same sample. It can be used not only for design and development of modules used in LED backlights, whose market has been rapidly expanding in recent years, but also for high-speed, high-precision control in production processes. Supports spectral wavelength widths of 5 nm or less within the measurement wavelength range of 380 nm to 780 nm.

・Improved uniform sensitivity reduces sensitivity unevenness and enables easy LED chip measurement.
- Illuminance (lx) measurement is also possible by attaching an illuminance adapter (sold separately).
・Supports spectral wavelength width (half width) of 5 nm or less
