About This Product

■Product overview

The 2D spectroradiometer SR-5000 is a 2D spectroradiometer capable of surface measurement with performance equivalent to conventional point measurement spectroradiometers. A traceable light source is used to calibrate the equipment, ensuring highly accurate brightness and chromaticity accuracy. In the display industry, which is evolving day by day, the color gamut of the super high definition UHDTV (4K, 8K) color gamut standard BT.2020 has significantly expanded the color gamut. In order to cover this expanded color gamut, displays equipped with laser light and OLED displays are being actively developed. In order to meet the need for high-precision measuring instruments compatible with these devices, we have developed a new system using Topcon Technohouse's proprietary hyperspectral technology.

・Equipped with high accuracy and abundant display functions using spectrophotometric method every 1 nm ・Can be used in multiple fields due to spectral analysis of 1,376 x 1,024 pixels ・Can be used in many fields by analyzing spectra ・Highly accurate brightness and chromaticity measurements are possible with a traceability system that is directly linked to national standards.

・Evaluation of brightness, chromaticity unevenness, and spectroscopic spectrum of LCDs, related materials, OLEDs, etc. ・Emission distribution characteristics and spectral evaluation of automobile meter panels and interior and exterior lighting ・Evaluation of brightness, chromaticity unevenness, and spectral spectrum of the light emitting part of LED lighting and OLED lighting ・Visual evaluation of paint color unevenness (density) ・Analysis and application in the medical field
