The industrial UV checker UVR-T2 is suitable for UV irradiation equipment used in curing, sealing and adhesive processing for electrical and electronic components, printing, drying and mounting lines for printed circuit boards, and sterilization processes in various industries. Ideal for lamp intensity management. Based on the measurement results of this device, you can improve your customer's yield by using it to manage conveyor speed, lamp intensity distribution, and replacement timing. It can also be used for lamp management of exposure equipment used in photolithography processes for semiconductors, FPDs, printed circuit boards, etc. A new light receiving section with wide spectral sensitivity characteristics compatible with UV-LED has been added.
