Features

■Exhaust heat boiler

A boiler that generates steam using the heat of exhaust gas from power generation equipment such as gas turbines and gas engines. There are two types of waste heat boilers: natural circulation type waste heat boilers, which have a deaeration device inside the upper drum, and once-through type waste heat boilers, which perform deaeration inside a steam/water separation device. It can be used in a wide range of applications, from low pressure to high pressure steam, and is highly durable, easy to inspect, and has a long lifespan. A natural circulation waste heat boiler consists of four main parts: an economizer that heats the feed water, an evaporator that evaporates the water, a drum superheater that separates steam and water, and a feed water preheater.

■RF boiler

This is a once-through waste heat boiler that has been made into a series as a sister model of the IF series. By supplying water to the steam/water separator (intermediate water supply method) rather than directly to the can body, local concentration can be suppressed and scale problems can be prevented. Furthermore, durability is improved by reducing the amount of dissolved oxygen contained in the boiler feed water and reducing the causes of corrosion of the can body. Additionally, steam dryness is maintained at over 99% over the entire load range. The primary steam pressure control, atmospheric heat radiation control, and water supply control all use proportional control methods, making it possible to supply stable steam pressure.
