Features

■Exhaust heat boiler

A boiler that generates steam using the heat of exhaust gas from power generation equipment such as gas turbines and gas engines. There are two types of waste heat boilers: natural circulation type waste heat boilers, which have a deaeration device inside the upper drum, and once-through type waste heat boilers, which perform deaeration inside a steam/water separation device. It can be used in a wide range of applications, from low pressure to high pressure steam, and is highly durable, easy to inspect, and has a long lifespan. A natural circulation waste heat boiler consists of four main parts: an economizer that heats the feed water, an evaporator that evaporates the water, a drum superheater that separates steam and water, and a feed water preheater.

■KS-HR boiler

A horizontal smoke tube type exhaust heat recovery boiler that has been made into a series as a sister model of the KS boiler. It has a large amount of water and supplies stable high-quality steam with little pressure fluctuation even when steam consumption fluctuates.
