About This Product

Features

■Furnace tube smoke tube boiler

This boiler has a cylindrical structure. A number of smoke pipes are installed in a cylinder filled with water, and the water is heated by passing the combustion gas from the combustion chamber through the pipes. This boiler has a large amount of water, often produces medium-capacity, low-pressure steam, and has little pressure and water level fluctuations due to load fluctuations. It also has the characteristics of being highly durable, easy to inspect, and easy to handle.

■KS boiler

KS boilers are widely used as package boilers with an evaporation rate of 12t/h or less for various industrial and air conditioning applications. This boiler achieves excellent boiler efficiency through the use of an appropriate heat transfer surface arrangement and a burner with high combustion efficiency, and is also full of low-pollution and energy-saving features. In addition to the standard type, we also offer a low NOx boiler that is equipped with an in-house developed burner to minimize NOx generation, an energy-saving boiler that incorporates an economizer or air heater, and a dedicated gas/oil switchable boiler. We have a wide range of models that can meet a wide range of needs, from boilers to by-product fuel fired boilers.

■Energy saving and stable supply of steam

Excellent boiler efficiency is achieved by using an appropriate heat transfer surface arrangement and a burner with high combustion efficiency. By adopting a direct drain recovery system, almost 100% of the drain energy can be recovered. In addition, a fire tube boiler has a large amount of water, so it can provide stable steam supply with less pressure fluctuation due to load fluctuations.

■Reducing environmental impact

Low NOx oil burner/gas oil switching dedicated burner. The oil-fired burner uses a two-stage combustion steam spray burner (KTC burner) to minimize NOx generation and can handle heavy oil. In addition, the gas/oil switching dedicated burner eliminates the need to replace the burner when switching fuels, and can easily switch from gas to oil or from oil to gas by switching the switch on the control panel and the link device.

■Compatible with by-product hydrogen combustion

By-product hydrogen can be used as fuel, reducing CO2 emissions and fuel costs. It is also possible to co-combust by-product hydrogen with city gas.
