Features
■Water tube boilerThis is a boiler with a structure in which the upper and lower drums are connected by many water pipes. Steam is generated by heating water pipes with combustion gas. This boiler can produce a large volume of steam at high pressure and has excellent startup characteristics. It also has the characteristics of being highly durable, easy to inspect, and easy to handle.

■Energy saving and high efficiency (stable supply of steam)A high level of boiler efficiency is achieved through the use of an appropriate heat transfer surface arrangement and a high combustion efficiency burner. The wide turndown ratio enables high fuel savings during actual operation. A grid pattern is adopted for the water pipe arrangement, and the oil fryer has a high soot blowing effect and can be washed with water, so efficiency can be maintained. In addition, the built-in deaerator provides a stable supply of high-quality steam with a dryness of over 99.5%.

■Reducing environmental impactThe gas burner uses a pre-mixing low NOx burner. Equipped with an EGI device, the NOx value is 40ppm or less, making it possible to comply with strict environmental regulations. The oil-fired burner uses the KTC burner developed in-house. Adoption of an air register structure achieves high combustion efficiency and low NOx combustion.

■Functions and structures that reduce management costs and support safetySafety is considered in terms of function and structure. In terms of functionality, it uses a fully automatic control system that prevents erroneous operation. The electric proportional controller detects the load not only when starting and stopping, but also during operation, and adjusts the amount of fuel. Additionally, an in-shell deaerator and steam/water separator prevent corrosion of drums and heat transfer tubes. In terms of structure, an inlet is installed inside the furnace and a checkerboard arrangement of water pipes is adopted. Easy to inspect and clean, ensuring safety.
