■15-year design product warranty (durability of large size even in small size)By reducing the burden on the can body during both design and manufacturing, we achieved the industry's longest design of 15 years. In terms of design, the use of a round can structure reduces local overheating. Even in the manufacturing process, residual stress from welding is removed by providing a pressure-resistant part annealing process. In terms of operation, high durability is achieved by incorporating a built-in deaerator to reduce dissolved oxygen, which causes corrosion, and by preventing sudden heat loads through combustion PID control.

■Boiler efficiency 98% (achieved with PID control/inverter standard equipment)Equipped with a high-performance economizer that combines exhaust gas downflow and high-performance heat exchanger tubes with aluminum fins and SUS fins, achieving boiler efficiency of 98%. Enables high-level fuel and reduction of CO2 emissions.

■High dryness steamA high-performance centrifugal inverting steam-water separator and water supply to the steam-water separator achieve higher dryness than a typical once-through boiler. High steam dryness is also effective in reducing fuel consumption.
