Features of absorption chiller/heater/freezer

■Diverse thermal energy use

In addition to fuels (gas, oil), various types of thermal energy can be used, such as waste heat from gas engines, steam, and natural solar heat.

■Peak cut

Since thermal energy is the main power, electricity consumption during operation is small. In general, the amount of electricity used for air conditioning tends to increase in the summer, but since absorption chiller/heaters and refrigerators consume less electricity, it is possible to cut peak electricity consumption in the summer.

■Gas/oil switching exclusive firing

Since it can use stockpiled fossil fuels, it can also be used as a BCP measure for hospitals and public facilities that need to operate even in the event of a disaster. Product overview

■Rated performance that achieves a high level of energy savings

Based on the direct-fired absorption chiller/heater Efficio, which uses a small high-performance heat exchanger and high-performance heat transfer tubes, the high-temperature regenerator and steam drain heat recovery device are newly designed. Reduced steam consumption rate at rated time to 3.8kg/h・RT. Reduces steam consumption by 20% when rated for cooling compared to conventional models.

■Improvement of period efficiency

Absorbent pump inverter control is standard equipment. Enables efficient operation from low to high load areas, resulting in energy savings.

■Improving system efficiency

Inherits the energy-saving control function of the Efficio series, improving system efficiency including incidental equipment. The lower limit flow rate during cooling water variable flow rate control has been expanded from the conventional rated flow rate of 50% to 30%. This reduces the power consumption of the cooling water pump.

■Also compatible with replacement

It uses a maximum of 5 division design, so it can be divided according to the size of the entrance. In addition, by achieving the industry's top class weight reduction, transportation costs and costs for strengthening existing foundations when replacing them are reduced.
