About This Product

Features of absorption chiller/heater/freezer

■Diverse thermal energy use

In addition to fuels (gas, oil), various types of thermal energy can be used, such as waste heat from gas engines, steam, and natural solar heat.

■Peak cut

Since thermal energy is the main power, electricity consumption during operation is small. In general, the amount of electricity used for air conditioning tends to increase in the summer, but since absorption chiller/heaters and refrigerators consume less electricity, it is possible to cut peak electricity consumption in the summer.

■Gas/oil switching exclusive firing

Since it can use stockpiled fossil fuels, it can also be used as a BCP measure for hospitals and public facilities that need to operate even in the event of a disaster. Product overview

■Energy saving rated efficiency COP1.74 far exceeding the limit of double effect

Commissioned by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) and developed jointly with the Japan Gas Association. Adopting a triple reverse cycle, it achieves energy savings and high efficiency that far exceed the limits of dual-effect machines. Received the 2006 Energy Saving Award.

■Highest efficiency COP1.83

Equipped with a new solution circulation rate inverter control as standard, achieving the highest efficiency COP1.83 in the partial load region where actual operation is common.

■Reducing annual operating costs and CO2 emissions by reducing fuel consumption

Significantly reduces annual operating costs and contributes greatly to energy savings. It also enables a significant reduction in CO2 emissions.

■Waste hot water injection type (Genelink)

Utilizing waste heat further reduces fuel consumption by 20%. Single operation with waste hot water is possible up to a load factor of 40%.

■No fuel required when cooling load is below 40%

When the load is 40% or less, fuel gas is reduced by 100%, which means that cooling operation is possible without using any fuel gas.
