Features of absorption chiller/heater/freezer

■Diverse thermal energy use

In addition to fuels (gas, oil), various types of thermal energy can be used, such as waste heat from gas engines, steam, and natural solar heat.

■Peak cut

Since thermal energy is the main power, electricity consumption during operation is small. In general, the amount of electricity used for air conditioning tends to increase in the summer, but since absorption chiller/heaters and refrigerators consume less electricity, it is possible to cut peak electricity consumption in the summer.

■Gas/oil switching exclusive firing

Since it can use stockpiled fossil fuels, it can also be used as a BCP measure for hospitals and public facilities that need to operate even in the event of a disaster. Product overview

■Pursuit of energy saving

Based on the highest standard Efficio series, we incorporate a unique waste water heat exchanger to reduce costs and reduce environmental impact. Rated fuel consumption is further reduced by 41% compared to the base machine. (NZJ type)

■Fuelless operation up to 60% load factor

Equipped with an optional waste hot water standalone operation mode that does not use fuel except during startup. In normal mode, it is possible to operate with only waste hot water and zero fuel up to a load factor of 60%.

■Realization of weight reduction. Lineup of power saving type and waste hot water increasing type

Thanks to the small, high-performance heat exchanger incorporated in the Efficio series and detailed optimization, we have achieved a weight reduction of 20% (30% for the NHJ type) compared to the previous model. It is possible to reduce delivery costs and reinforcement costs for existing foundations during renewal plans. The lineup includes models that increase the flow rate of waste hot water, which can be selected according to the waste heat amount of the cogeneration equipment. We also propose specifications that best meet customer needs, such as energy-saving models that are ideal for peak cuts in the summer.
