We have a wide range of products that are useful in a variety of situations, including volume reduction through distillation in wastewater treatment processes, turning slurry into powder, and reducing the load on aeration tanks using oil-water separators.

■Automatic distillation concentrator (vacuum distillation method) Evaporator EVP type

The "Evaporator EVP type" is a device that distills wastewater to concentrate and reduce its volume. By pre-treating the wastewater with the ``Centrifugal Deoiling Machine UB Type'', we achieve a higher concentration rate than with general distillation equipment. In addition, distilled water can be reused as industrial water, but by incorporating a centrifugal deoiler WF type or UQ filter in the latter stage, it can be discharged directly into sewage.

・Low amount of heat using vacuum distillation method ・Energy saving with heat pump cycle ・A submerged coil is used in the waste liquid heating section of the concentration tank to reduce maintenance. ・The concentration rate can be increased by combining it with the "centrifugal deoiler UB type" in the front stage. ・It is possible to improve the quality of distilled water by combining it with a "centrifugal deoiler WF type" or "UQ filter" in the latter stage. ・Lineup of daily capacity from 350L to 6,000L ・Instead of the heat pump method, the "vacuum distillation device JH type" that uses a steam boiler for heating is also available.
