About This Product

■Oil water separator

We have products that can separate and remove oil or water from an oil-water mixture, and range from centrifugal separation types to separation tank types to suit different applications.

■Centrifugal drying device MJ type

The ``Centrifugal Dry Device Model MJ'' is an oil purification device that combines Ameroid's unique water removal function ``Dry Method'' with a centrifugal separator. It highly efficiently removes water from oil that has become cloudy due to water contamination, restoring transparency to the oil. At the same time as removing water, fine impurities in the oil can also be solidified and collected using centrifugal force. This will help ensure stable operation of equipment, extend oil change cycles, and reduce waste oil costs.

■Features

・Removes water mixed in oil and dissolves emulsion ・Automatic collection of free water ・Solidizes and discharges sludge (manual discharge or fully automatic discharge can be selected) ・Available for a wide range of equipment from small to large (processing capacity: 1,000L/h to 4,500L/h)

■Applications

・Oil/water separation and sludge removal from oil (lubricating oil, cleaning oil, rust preventive oil, hydraulic oil, etc.) ・Waste oil recycling
