About This Product

■Oil water separator

We have products that can separate and remove oil or water from an oil-water mixture, and range from centrifugal separation types to separation tank types to suit different applications.

■Centrifugal deoiling machine UB type

The "Centrifugal Deoiling Machine UB Model" is a dual-purpose centrifugal separator that separates oil and water from various aqueous solutions and removes sludge. The oil separated from the aqueous solution is continuously discharged from the oil outlet, and at the same time, the sludge recovered from the aqueous solution is solidified and periodically discharged from the sludge outlet. This is a highly reliable and tough oil/water separator that can be used in a wide range of fields, from purifying various aqueous solutions used on factory production lines to reducing the burden on wastewater treatment facilities.

■Features

・Separates and recovers oil and impurities from any aqueous solution regardless of liquid type ・Oil-water separation is possible from an aqueous solution cloudy with oil. ・Solidizes and discharges sludge (manual discharge or fully automatic discharge can be selected) ・Applicable to a wide range of equipment from small to large (processing capacity: 1,000L/h to 3,600L/h)

・Oil/water separation and sludge removal from aqueous solutions (cleaning fluids, degreasing fluids, water-soluble coolants, processing fluids, etc.) ・Primary treatment of wastewater
