About This Product

■Industrial filter

We have filters that purify all types of oil, including hydraulic oil for hydraulic equipment and lubricating oil for equipment, as well as anti-corrosion oil, insulating oil, and lubricating oil for generators, regardless of viscosity or temperature.

■AL automatic backwash filter

"AL Automatic Backwash Filter" is an automatic backwash filter for diesel engine lubricating oil. Adopts a high-performance element with selectable filtration accuracy. Automatic backwashing (oil flowing back) eliminates filter clogging and keeps the engine's lubricating oil clean.

■Features

・Uses a filter element with stainless steel wire wrapped around the core ・Backwashing is fully automatic by air cylinder drive ・Structural design for easy open inspection

■Applications

Purification of diesel engine lubricating oil

■Others

- When selecting a model, select one that is at least the rated capacity of the supply pump from the flow rate table above. (This covers the amount of backwashing) ・Backwashing is normally performed for 2 minutes at a time, and the amount of backwashing is 160L/time per 100㎥/h.
