About This Product

■Features・Non-yellowing type
・You can make cured products with low shrinkage and high transparency.
-Low viscosity and good bubble removal
・After mixing the main agent and hardening agent, it will harden at room temperature.

■How to useIf the cured product is small in size or thin, it will take time to completely cure it. In that case, adding heat to 40-50℃ will shorten the time until complete curing.
・Measuring the resin: Please accurately measure the blending ratio (weight ratio) of the main resin and curing agent to 100:50.
・Mixing and stirring (kakuhan): Incomplete stirring may cause poor curing.
・Pouring: Inject the mixed resin slowly and gently from one point.
・Hardening

Please prepare the following items. Scale (minimum scale 0.1g), mixing container, stirring spatula

Do not cure a large amount of mixed resin at once. If you are making a large item, please cure it in several batches. Please aim for 100g of resin at one time.

■Precautions for handling and storage・Please do not use it for any purpose other than its intended purpose.
・If spilled from the container, soak it in something that easily absorbs it and then collect it in an airtight container.
・After handling, wash your hands, face, neck, etc., and gargle thoroughly.
・Please keep out of reach of children.
・If it gets on your work clothes, etc., please remove the dirt thoroughly.
・Please seal the remaining resin tightly to prevent moisture from entering, and avoid direct sunlight and use it as soon as possible.
・While handling, avoid contact with skin and wear protective goggles, protective gloves, an apron, and if necessary, a gas mask for organic gas or a respirator.
・If you wish to dispose of it, please entrust it to an industrial waste disposal company.

■ Safety and health precautions・Install a local exhaust system in the workplace and ensure adequate ventilation.
・In case of contact with eyes, immediately wash with running water for at least 15 minutes and consult an ophthalmologist.
- Be careful not to get the material on your skin, and if it comes into contact with it, wash it immediately with soap and water.
・If you have a rash or pain, please consult a doctor immediately.
・Please be careful of fire as it is designated as a flammable substance under the Fire Service Act.
