About This Product

The two-stage structure achieves approximately twice the lift compared to other pumps with the same output. Since it is cylindrical, has no protrusions, and has a small width, it is ideal for use in narrow and deep sites such as deep well construction in urban civil engineering.

Features
■Characteristics Twice the lift with the same outputA two-stage pump (multi-stage pump) is a pump with a structure in which the impeller and casing are stacked in two stages to increase pressure. It can achieve approximately twice the lift compared to other pumps with the same output.

■Since the motor is constantly cooled, it is less likely to malfunction.Since the all-channel structure is adopted, the motor is constantly cooled by pumped water during operation, suppressing the temperature rise of the motor.

■Protects mechanical seals and lasts longer in 2 stepsNormally, when the pump is operating, back pressure of dirt and water is applied to the back of the impeller, and this pressure is applied directly to the mechanical seal. However, by using an oil seal and Sakuragawa's original back pressure relief mechanism, the pressure directly applied to the mechanical seal is released, extending the life of the mechanical seal and reducing the number of breakdowns and maintenance.

■Wear-resistant impellerThe impeller uses high chromium cast iron (chromium content 25%). It exhibits wear resistance and lasts a long time in sites where it is used for a long time or in tough conditions.

■Easy to maintainThe seal housing eliminates the need to install a large, heavy casing directly over the mechanical seal. Not only does it reduce the burden on the operator, but it also prevents damage to mechanical seals and shafts during maintenance.

Stud bolts are used for hex bolts that are often disassembled. Easy to install and remove parts, improving maintainability.

The large opening of the terminal box cover makes it easy to connect the motor and cable. Furthermore, there is a cable inspection/connection port on the side of the head cover, making it easier to connect the cables.
