About This Product

By making full use of the grafting technology we have accumulated over many years, we have developed the Nophoroy TZ series, a thermoplastic elastomer made by grafting acrylic rubber and polyolefin (or polyester), which are incompatible with each other. Generally, when polyolefin (or polyester) is simply blended with acrylic rubber, significant phase separation occurs, resulting in a significant decrease in mechanical properties. However, the NOPHALLOY TZ series is designed to be a highly functional thermoplastic elastomer with various characteristics because acrylic rubber is finely dispersed in polyolefin (or polyester).

■Features of Nophoroy TZ series

- Has excellent rubber elasticity. -An elastomer with excellent oil resistance and heat resistance. ・Can adhere to various resins.

■Applications of Nophoroy TZ series

The NOPHALLOY TZ series can be molded using common molding methods such as extrusion, injection, and blowing, so it can be molded into various shapes such as automotive air ducts, hoses, and seats. In particular, it has excellent rubber elasticity, making it ideal for sealing parts such as packing and gaskets, and is used in automotive and industrial parts.
