About This Product

■Economical oil-free compressed air using activated carbon adsorption device

To ensure high compressed air quality according to compressed air class 1-2 of ISO 8573-1, especially regarding residual oil content, CLEARPOINTV activated carbon adsorption devices are an effective and reliable technical component in demanding system designs. A consistent and comprehensive concept guarantees compressed air quality with minimal residual oil content in a highly cost-effective manner. Oil vapors and odors are adsorbed onto the very large active surface of compacted activated carbon pellets. When selecting our activated carbon, we work with selected suppliers who guarantee consistent carbon quality. Great advantages in compressed air quality and process reliability. Depending on the amount of compressed air required, BEKOTECHNOLOGIES can provide the appropriate solution

■CLEARPOINTV activated carbon cartridge for low/medium volume flow

For low and medium volume flows up to 200 m³/h and pressures up to 5 MPa [g], CLEARPOINTVS/M offers a clean solution for oil-free processing.

■Special activated carbon cartridges have been developed for maximum requirement profiles.

・Highly efficient adsorption that minimizes residual oil content ・Significantly longer service life than traditional activated carbon filter elements ・Easy maintenance with easy-to-replace cartridges ・Easily compatible with conventional testing techniques
