About This Product

■Dryer and filter integrated: DRYPOINT®MPLUS

Pressure dew point requirements vary depending on the application, but energy utilization should always be minimized as much as possible. Additionally, dry compressed air must be readily available. Prerequisites for this are a finely graded product range and the manufacturer's know-how regarding the dryer's performance characteristics under different operating conditions. DRYPOINTMPLUS membrane dryers with integrated nanofilters are a proven solution for efficient filtration and drying for 10 years in one housing. It provides reliable compressed air drying with low purge air requirements and requires no electrical energy or environmentally harmful adsorbents. Built-in nanofilter improves dry compressed air quality, high selectivity hollow fiber membrane safety and long-term stability. Since the composition of the compressed air remains unchanged, DRYPOINTMPLUS can be used for respiratory air treatment.

■Efficient in limited space

By integrating a compressed air filter and a hollow fiber membrane in one housing, DRYPOINTMPLUS offers users maximum safety and flexibility. The compact structural design makes it suitable for use even when space is limited. The performance of membrane dryers and their wide range of products make them interesting for a variety of tasks. DRYPOINTMPLUS can also be used when additional compressed air treatment is required due to advanced plant technology (e.g. as final drying at decentralized reception points). With a suitable prefilter, it can also be used directly downstream of oil-lubricated compressors.

■Practical: Built-in nano filter

Nanofilter element within the removable filter housing provides effective protection against aerosols and particles. Compressed air quality class 1-1 is achieved. -.According to ISO8573-1, additional treatment methods must be implemented upstream of the hollow fiber membrane, depending on the situation of the compressed air taken in.
