■Electronic level control drain dischargerCondensate occurs at almost every point in the compressed air treatment process. In most cases, it contains oil and contaminant particles that should not enter the compressed air system. BEKOMAT removes condensate from compressed air and helps you achieve optimal quality for your application. Electronic level-controlled condensate drains have become synonymous with efficient condensate drainage. Capacity control and intelligent electronics prevent compressed air loss, minimizing energy consumption and costs. It is not only our opinion, but also the opinion of many well-known compressor manufacturers who recommend BEKOMAT, that it is the safest and most economical draining device on the market today.

■BEKOMAT featuresBEKOMAT drains condensate without loss of compressed air, thus reducing energy costs and CO2 emissions. This is made possible by a proven pilot-controlled solenoid valve with an integrated capacitive sensor, smart electronics for volume-controlled condensate evacuation and a special evacuation membrane.

This is not just the right solution, it's the most appropriate solution. Capacitive sensors help save energy and increase efficiency, which is what you expect most from BEKOMAT.

Unnecessary costs and damage during the production of compressed air can only be effectively prevented by volume-controlled condensate drainage. BEKOMAT therefore works in combination with capacitive sensors. Intelligent electronics prevent compressed air loss and minimize energy consumption.

■Drainage without loss of compressed airIf your float drain leaks, you will incur high costs as a result of the leak. Time-controlled solenoid valves also experience loss of compressed air. When the valve opens, compressed air, which is expensive to produce, escapes unused into the environment. In contrast, level-controlled condensate evacuation devices ensure drainage without loss of compressed air (and therefore energy loss). This not only saves energy and costs, but also reduces CO2 emissions.
