■What is wear-resistant casting long life?

There are various types of wear-resistant castings, such as cast iron and cast steel. The greatest feature of Shinto Kogyo's long-life wear-resistant castings is that even though they are cast as-cast (no heat treatment), they have excellent wear resistance due to thorough temperature control. In addition, with our extensive material lineup and advanced casting technology, we are able to meet the various needs of our customers.

■Casting (long life)

・High chromium cast iron ・High chromium cast steel ・Low alloy cast steel ・High manganese cast steel Features

■High chromium cast iron

Contains high-hardness carbide, making it the most suitable material for friction and wear, with excellent wear resistance.

■Low alloy cast steel

Due to the addition of alloying elements and heat treatment, it has high hardness, high toughness, and excellent wear resistance.

■High manganese cast steel

High toughness, high work hardening properties due to impact, and excellent wear resistance. Features of long life

■Excellent wear resistance

It has high hardness carbide and is the most suitable material for abrasive wear, with excellent impact resistance and wear resistance.

■Good dimensional accuracy and stable quality

Although it is as-cast (no heat treatment), the quality is stable and the casting surface is beautiful.

■A wide variety of variations

In addition to high chromium cast iron, we offer a wide variety of products including high manganese cast steel and low alloy cast steel.
