What is pallet stage?
■This product makes use of the space above the building, allowing even a one-story warehouse to have the same amount of storage as a two-story warehouse.The product is a product shelf consisting of a combination of nesting racks and steel pallets, and can be easily assembled and installed using a forklift without the need for anchors to the floor. Therefore, you can increase the storage capacity of your warehouse at low costs and short delivery times. *The pallet stage is used as a shelf for goods, so it cannot be used permanently by people or as an office space, and its main use is to store the loaded items.

If you introduce a typical mezzanine floor or stacked racks into an existing warehouse, it will be considered an addition to the building, and problems with strength and reinforcement will arise. We sometimes receive inquiries from customers who have given up on implementing the system due to cost issues and building coverage ratio issues.

■Maximize storage capacity while keeping costs downBy utilizing the space above the building, storage capacity can be increased by up to 200%. ■Assembling and dismantling can be done using a forklift only.The pallet stage is assembled by fitting the parts together. Assembly is a boltless specification that does not require bolts, and there is no need to anchor it to the floor, making it easy to assemble, disassemble, and move. Therefore, the construction period can be shortened and costs can be reduced.

■Flexible support for installation environmentThe pillars and shelves of the nesting rack are removable, making each component compact. Even in buildings with narrow entrances, parts can be brought in and a pallet stage can be installed. Another advantage of the removable type is that even if there are pillars or obstacles in the building, the shelves can be modified to fit the shape.
