Features of rail-type mobile shelves
■What is a rail-type mobile shelf?Rail-type movable shelves are storage systems in which commercial steel racks, which are normally used as fixed shelves, are loaded onto a cart with wheels and can be moved freely on rails laid on the floor. Compared to fixed shelves, rail-type movable shelves require only one work space, which dramatically improves storage efficiency relative to area.

■Achieves initial resistance of less than 5 kg even when loaded with 1.2 tons of cargoUnique UMC casters reduce the load placed on the shelves when they begin to move. The frictional resistance between the rail and casters is low, allowing even heavy objects to be moved smoothly.

■High-quality bearings realize "smooth movement"The casters of the mobile rack dolly, which uses high-quality bearings, can be moved with little force even under high loads. There is very little noise during movement, allowing for comfortable and efficient storage operations. All casters have an initial resistance of less than 5 kg even though they weigh 1.2 tons.

■Suitable for frozen warehouses and extremely heavy itemsThe load capacity of the casters is 500 kg/wheel for standard/refrigerated casters, and 800 kg/wheel for heavy duty casters, making it possible to move even with extremely heavy objects and frozen warehouses (-43℃). - To avoid interfering with walls or installed objects during use, a clearance of approximately 150 to 200 mm is required from the rack + rail components.
・We recommend that the aisle width be at least 700mm.
