About This Product

■Heat-shrinkable tube realizes a highly moisture-proof and waterproof outer cylinder.

・Heat the outer layer of PTFF shrink tube to make it stick. ・The inner layer of FEP tube melts and seals the object. ZEUS Dual-Shrink® Fluoropolymer PTFE/FEP tubing consists of an outer layer of PTFE heat shrink tubing and an inner layer of FEP tubing. It adheres closely to wires, cables, connectors, splices, terminals, etc., and is easy to handle and has excellent airtightness and moisture resistance. By heating the outer layer PTFE, it contracts into the object, and at the same time, the FEP that melts and flows out becomes solid or semi-solid, adhering closely and exhibiting excellent durability against severe loads such as tension and vibration. ZEUS Dual-Shrink tubing has the excellent electrical, chemical, and mechanical properties of PTFE and can withstand temperatures as high as 232°C (450°F).
