Equipped with a newly developed high-precision attachment/detachment mechanism, there is no need for position correction using a camera or teaching when reconnecting. Ideal for setting workpieces on machining centers and lathes that require high repeat accuracy. When the robot is needed, it can be moved to the desired location and docked, and automatic supply and removal can begin immediately.
■Does not shift due to contact or vibration.
Typical trolley-type robots are not fixed, so their position can shift due to contact or vibration. Since the RD510 mechanically connects the trolley and the machine with an air clamp, even if a person touches it, the displacement will be limited to within a few micrometers, and there is no need to worry about the position shifting due to external vibrations.
■Compatible with differences in floor height.
Even if the factory floor is uneven, it can detect the floor surface and position it in the height direction, making it possible to precisely feed workpieces to the machine.
■Easily connects to various machines.
By installing connection brackets on existing equipment, you can automate all mechanical equipment such as machining centers, lathes, press machines, etc.
■A wealth of options with exclusive designs to suit every need.
We can not only handle bulk bulk picking using a 3D vision sensor, but also handle advanced requests such as OK/NG judgment using AT recognition. In addition, we can implement special hands and changers based on our extensive experience in manufacturing machine tools and special machines.
■Specially designed valet stocker.
It is also possible to add pallet stockers and stack trays. 3D vision allows accurate picking even if the workpiece has an irregular posture. You can use the tray you are currently using as is.
