About This Product
A BT30 spindle and 8-arm ATC are housed within a machine width of only 500 mm. Introducing "The Slim", a machining center capable of machining mass-produced parts that achieves ultimate space savings.
■Machine width 500mm, no protrusions. "The Slim" will revolutionize mass production processing equipment.
For example, you can add this machine between existing processing machines without changing the layout, or you can line up multiple machines to distribute the processes, greatly shortening the cycle time, or using one robot to handle many machines. This enables automatic workpiece transport and automatic supply between the two locations.
■BT30, 8 magazines, arm type ATC
Equipped with a BT30 spindle with a maximum output of 5.5kw and an arm-type ATC that can change standard 8 tools in a machine width of only 500mm.
■Sufficient machining area necessary for parts machining
X150mm, Y150mm, Z400mm, which is sufficient for small parts and partial machining. The table has 3 T-slot grooves.
■Highly rigid structure that does not compromise even if it is slim
The base frame, XYZ axes, and spindle holder are all cast metal structures, and the sliding parts are linear roller guides that save space and provide high rigidity.
■Operation panel
It is placed at the top of the front to ensure operability without protruding sideways from the machine.
■Newly designed coolant device with the same width as the machine
The coolant device has a compact design similar to the width of the machine, but has a capacity of 80L, and a 400W high-output pump provides a sufficient discharge volume.
