About This Product

Can be installed in a space of only 1.23m2. A high-dimensional fusion of FNS's traditional gantry twin servo and a highly rigid frame with an integrated cast structure. Introducing the ``BM562T-ATC,'' a ``space-saving'' and ``power-saving'' machining center that meets the needs of the times.

■Achieves both compactness and high rigidity. Gantry & twin servo design

In order to achieve high rigidity despite being a small machine, we have adopted a gantry type similar to large machine tools. Based on this method, the Y-axis frame is placed close to the X-axis frame. On top of that, synchronous drive with twin servos greatly improves rigidity. Both the travel guide and ball screw, which are drive transmission parts, are pressurized types, making heavy cutting possible. Customization is possible with a wide range of options that can handle everything from special materials such as carbon, FRP, and glass epoxy, to difficult machining of ceramics and titanium, to all types of micromachining.

■Coolant device (optional)

When processing carbon graphite, glass epoxy, ceramics before sintering, etc., cutting chips become dust and are scattered in large quantities inside the machine, which not only worsens work efficiency but also damages the machine drive part and has negative effects such as deterioration of accuracy. . The specially designed dust collection unit with a suspension mechanism covers the immediate area of ​​the cutter and is always in contact with the work surface, greatly reducing dust scattering.

■Suction table created from unique know-how (optional)

The suction table, which is ideal for suctioning plate-shaped workpieces such as acrylic and glass epoxy, has a unique structure that minimizes leakage even if there are penetrations, and prevents material lifting and chatter that affect machining depth accuracy.
