About This Product

Can be installed in a space of only 1.23m2. A high-dimensional fusion of FNS's traditional gantry twin servo and a highly rigid frame with an integrated cast structure. Introducing the ``BM562T-ATC,'' a ``space-saving'' and ``power-saving'' machining center that meets the needs of the times.

■Achieves both compactness and high rigidity. Gantry & twin servo design

In order to achieve high rigidity despite being a small machine, we have adopted a gantry type similar to large machine tools. Based on this method, the Y-axis frame is placed close to the X-axis frame. On top of that, synchronous drive with twin servos greatly improves rigidity. Both the travel guide and ball screw, which are drive transmission parts, are pressurized types, making heavy cutting possible. Customization is possible with a wide range of options that can handle everything from special materials such as carbon, FRP, and glass epoxy, to difficult machining of ceramics and titanium, to all types of micromachining.
