About This Product

Rubber materials include NBR, EPR, Viton, and Teflon, but the most commonly used and common one is NBR. Features

■NBR

・Good oil resistance, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance ・Heat-resistant limit temperature 120℃, heat-resistant safe temperature 80℃, cold-resistant limit temperature -50℃ *For SUS plugs, if the pressure exceeds 35Nm for a large size and 20Nm for a small size, seizure (galling) will occur on the threaded part. Depending on the temperature of the drum, gasket deformation may occur, so please set the torque according to the conditions of each filling location.
