About This Product

Products are fed into the machine using an existing conveyor connected to the TXL or an optional driven feed conveyor. Products sent into the TXL machine will be automatically transported by a servo drive conveyor. This conveyor consists of a pair of upper and lower belts, each driven by two servo motors, but the motor speeds are synchronized by a common drive device. The position of the belt conveyor can be adjusted in both width and height, and the guide pins can also be adjusted individually. These factors make it possible to transport products optimally and at high speed to the banding position. The products are transported to the banding position in the banding machine arch. The product transport stop position at the banding position can be adjusted so that the tape position on the product can be changed. You can also hang multiple tapes on the product. When the product is transported to the banding position, the conveyor stops and the tape is wrapped around the product. Immediately after that, the conveyor starts and pushes the product onto the discharge roller conveyor. By setting the discharge speed faster than the transport speed, the distance between the finished product and the next product is maintained, the sensor recognizes the distance, the next product is transported, and the banding cycle is maintained. As an energy-saving measure, if the sensor does not detect a product at the banding position, the machine will stop after one minute. If the product is detected, operation will restart. Operating and adjusting the machine is very easy as you only need to use the touch panel and operation buttons, and the belt conveyor only requires mechanical adjustment.
