About This Product

■Two patterns of sheet thickness measuring machine specifications can be selected.・Sheet thickness measuring machine (integrated type): This is an integrated specification with a touch panel that displays sheet thickness measurement result information built into the control panel door. Select this type if you want to check the thickness measurement results only near the device.
・Sheet thickness measuring machine (separate type): If you want to check the thickness measurement results by manufacturing a separate panel with casters and moving the touch panel that displays the sheet thickness measurement result information to near the T stand (die) on the upstream side. Please select this type. Suitable for manually adjusting the T-base lip.

■Full width measurement during seat manufacturing・Sensor scans and measures full width
・The thickness of the sheet is displayed as a graph for the outbound and return trips. It is also possible to measure stops at specific positions.

■Easy to operate・No license or permit required
・No need to create a calibration curve
・Automatic full width measurement by simply rolling the sheet and pressing a switch

■You can check the sheet condition at a glanceA dedicated color monitor or graphic operation panel displays thickness trend graphs, maximum values, minimum values, average values, and standard deviations on one screen.

■Not affected by material, color, pattern, etc.・Unaffected by transparent, colored objects, metal vapor deposition, etc.
- Also suitable for foamed and porous sheets.

■Automatic thickness monitoring functionIf the sheet thickness exceeds the standard setting value, the automatic thickness monitoring function notifies you with an alarm and displays the details on the screen.
