About This Product

We provide clean rollers with a variety of functions to customers who are working on dust and dirt control in optical film production lines, electronic material assembly lines, food packaging processes, etc. The CTR series, which is an adhesive rubber roller, exhibits a high dust removal effect due to the adhesive strength of its surface. All series of rubber rollers can be used repeatedly by cleaning the surface. The BX series is an adhesive roller that uses a new formulation technology different from conventional adhesive rollers to suppress the extraction of bleed and bloom, and exhibits high adhesive strength without relying on plasticizers or tackifiers. CTR-BX does not use sulfur-based compounding agents, as minute amounts of sulfur-based components contained in rubber can be extracted and cause problems.
