About This Product

The CU-L series is a contact type web cleaner that uses a high-performance cleaner roller. Removes various foreign substances (1μm to 1mm) generated during the roll-to-roll conveyance process. It can be used with a variety of existing equipment such as paper, multifunctional film, flexible printed circuit boards (FPC), copper foil, and aluminum foil. We also support vacuum cleaning.

■Features

・Suitable for both nip and wrap ・CFRP (carbon) core material can be selected to reduce weight ・Can also be combined with pre-cut adhesive tape rolls

■Roller control

Two types are available: air cylinder type and pulse motor type, and you can choose according to your application.

■Compact design

Since it is a more compact device than conventional web cleaners, it is easy to install in narrow spaces or to existing machines.

■Selectable rollers

There are two main types of clean rollers. Adhesive type (CTR roller) or non-adhesive type (silicone roller). We will prepare the appropriate material depending on your application.

■Slide rail

Slide rails are available as an option. Maintenance is facilitated by pulling out each roller laterally.
