The new C series combines all the advantages of Ensenso in 3D vision environments. Digital twins can finally distinguish between colors.
It's simpler to operate and has a more compact design, but bulky applications benefit from its high Z-accuracy and enhanced projector light output. In addition, the unified housing provides high cost efficiency among the top models in the 3D product lineup.
■Ready-made model, ready for use at any operating distance
There are various model variations with different baseline (stereo camera distances: S: 240mm, M: 455mm) and focal lengths to accommodate a variety of application scenarios. Stereo and RGB camera coordinate systems are fully calibrated to each other. Additionally, all lenses, including the pattern projector, are factory preset to the field of view and working distance of the applicable model, making them easy to handle and ready to use.
■Fully integrated RGB sensor, color vision is not a privilege but a desired quality
The added RGB sensor generates texture data that supplements the 3D point cloud with accurate color information, resulting in realistic 3D images. This makes it easier to distinguish colored objects in subsequent processes.
■ Compact and durable, completely sealed housing with no corners or edges
With an extremely compact design, all internal components of the C series are protected against all external elements according to IP65/67 and are also resistant to vibration and shock.
■200W projector delivers 3D high resolution even in difficult situations
The C series' optimized new design allows the projector to operate with high efficiency with up to 200W output. As a result, the brightness of the new FlexView3 pattern is extremely high, resulting in improved pattern contrast for objects even at long distances.
