GV-5040CP Rev.2.2 is equipped with Sony's Pregius series global shutter CMOS sensor IMX273, which provides a resolution of 1.58MP (1,456x1,088 pixels) with a pixel size of 3.45µm. At full resolution, speeds up to 78fps are achieved, delivering exceptional image quality even on moving vision systems and in low-light environments.
Therefore, it is ideal for machine vision applications, such as surface inspection, detailed image analysis in medical technology, and use in traffic monitoring applications. This camera model is supported with IDS Vision firmware 1.5 or later.
