About This Product

■What is AMC Cloud?

AMC Cloud is a cloud service that understands the status of wireless issues faced at industrial sites and provides solutions. By visualizing invisible radio waves, we not only quickly resolve problems with wireless devices, but also help prevent recurrence by investigating the root cause of the problem.

■Understanding the wireless environment and remote management of wireless devices

AMC Cloud allows you to remotely check the connection status of each wireless device.

■Connection trouble occurrence alert

You can receive alert notifications regarding wireless connections by email without relying on trouble notifications from the field. This allows us to begin to isolate the problem before visiting the site and provide first aid as soon as possible. As a result, you can expect to reduce network and system downtime and save engineer resources for inspection visits.

■Check connection trouble status

You can check the connection status of access points and wireless adapters before and after connection problems occur. In addition, by using the survey device "WM-100CL" introduced with AMC Cloud, it is possible to collect a wide range of on-site radio wave information that cannot be collected by access points alone.

■Proposal to solve connection problems

When connection problems occur, solutions are analyzed based on Silex's technology and know-how, and multiple easy-to-understand solutions are proposed. Main features

■Identification of device location (distance between AP/slave units, shielding objects)

By registering the floor map and device location, you can quickly find the location of the device where the problem occurred.

■Checking the communication status of the device (communication volume, reception sensitivity)

By registering the location of each device on the floor map, you can check the communication status between devices.

■Visualization of wireless topology (connection form)

You can check the wireless connection status of the selected device on the tree. Connection trouble alert

■Alert list

If a device with an issue is detected, it will be listed as an alert.

■Recognizes noise other than Wi-Fi

It can capture noise emitted by large machines and non-Wi-Fi radio waves from microwave ovens, etc., and identify whether they are interfering with the communication of wireless devices.

■Visualization of communication quality

You can check the wireless communication quality in graphs not only when a problem occurs, but also in the past.
