About This Product

This is a new generation cold die steel that supports Japanese manufacturing. Features

■KD11MAX with excellent surface treatment characteristics

Achieves high hardness of 62HRC, which is harder than SKD11, and improves adhesion with surface treatment coatings. The peeling start load of the film is approximately 1.8 times higher than that of SKD11.

■KD11MAX with excellent wear resistance

Carbide control technology enables high wear resistance equivalent to SKD11.

■KD11MAX with excellent toughness

By reducing coarse carbides, KD11MAX has improved toughness by approximately 1.3 times compared to 60HRC SKD11 despite its high hardness of 62HRC.

■KD11MAX with excellent fatigue resistance properties

By reducing coarse carbides, the fatigue limit is improved by about 1.4 times compared to SKD11, and the life under high stress is also improved by about 5 times.
