About This Product

■Features

PXA30 (PX Ace 30) is a general-purpose plastic mold steel that is based on the conventional AISI P20 improved steel and has improved specularity by reducing inclusions that cause pinholes during mirror polishing.

■Specularity

By improving the manufacturing method, we have reduced oxide-based nonmetallic inclusions compared to conventional P20 improved steel and stabilized the quality of the mirror surface.

■Basic characteristics

It is based on the conventional P20 improved steel, and its hardness and nitriding properties are the same as the conventional material. In addition, the mechanical properties and electrical discharge machinability are equivalent or better.
