・Hardness 40HRC ・Emphasis on workability ・High-grade plastic steel - Heat treated to 37~43HRC (surface guaranteed) under optimal conditions, so it can be used as is for die engraving. ・As it is a Ni-Al-Cu age hardening steel, it has good machinability and texture. Easy to polish after cutting. Easy to polish after electrical discharge machining. Good overlay weldability. It has little distortion during use and is suitable for precision molds. ・Good graining properties.
