・Hardness 40HRC ・Emphasis on specularity ・High-grade plastic steel - Heat treated to 37~43HRC (surface guaranteed) under optimal conditions, so it can be used as is for die engraving. ・As it is a Ni-Al-Cu age hardening steel, it has good machinability and texture. Easy to polish after cutting. Easy to polish after electrical discharge machining. Good overlay weldability. It has little distortion during use and is suitable for precision molds. ・Good graining properties. ・Extremely good mirror polishing properties. ・The electric discharge machined skin is dense and beautiful, so it can be used as a substitute for satin texture.
